Both the Eligibility and Security were marked as processing sometime in April, and there have been no updates after that, So I ordered the GCMS notes, which says that the Eligibility has been under ‘review required’ since April 11, 2023.

Here is what’s on the GCMS notes. Does anyone know what I can do to accelerate the process? Any advice is appreciated!

Send them webform with your current sufficient (more) visible fund. I got GCMS notes and addressed their review required concerns (my kiddo was under implied status and military service).

Thanks for the advice! My previous proof of funds already had sufficient funds, but I will try to send another one. How long did it take to respond after you send the webform?

Did you use a gift deed or your POF was not in CAD?

The POF is a letter from my bank with the transactions for the past 6 months, and it was not in CAD. But I sent a more recent version through webform, hopefully that will help!

I am in review required. Gcms notes states review family composition because I am a single mother. I am PNP outlander

About suing, I'm not sure. Very hard to sue them for SS. Better talk to a lawyer about it as well.
