As @iSaidGoodDay mentioned, my Security check isn't started, waiting for another GCMS notes to see the progress.
Did you get your GCMS notes? Since this is an official doc, I trust more GCMS notes than details got by a call.

I haven't got my GCMS notes yet. but i do receive notes from csis, in which they confirm my security screen is in progress. so it's basically proven what the agent told me on phone was true.

Yes, they're way faster. My classmate applied last March 2023, and he got his approval from Calgary 2 weeks ago! He received his portal email a day before he got his GCMS notes.

No changes on tracker. My VO was Vancouver but I don't know now, waiting for another GCMS. Montreal should be faster than Vancouver?

Not sure !! atleast they are better than sydney :/
