I just got a second(!) email from IRCC this morning reconfirming they got my (one and only) webform.
Probably the same reason my tracker says it was updated today.
Background verification is still in progress, but everything else has been completed for a while now.
I just stopped expecting, it's more manageable, and I might have less PTSD after this ordeal.

Tracker was updated just this morning. All completed and COPR details added. Now waiting for that email. Still unable to log in to GCKey, though. But crossing my fingers for that golden email.

hmmm far better than sydney !!! I dont see anyone recently mentioning that they received portals from this vo (sydney) :/ i just stopped expecting. have you all applied for bowp? how many months before should we apply? and for closed wp should it be applied as ‘applying wp with same employer’ ?

Me too; I also stopped expecting and just checked the tracker out of habit while making my coffee... and voila!
Hopefully, things will be seamless from now on.
I haven't applied for BOWP since I got an 18-month extension for my PGWP last April.. but I hear that you should apply for your BOWP while your permit is still valid.. around three months before the current permit expires, I suppose? I'm not sure about the closed wp, though, sorry.
