Absolutely it's a good sign. Ghost updates and tracker updates mean your application is moving forward

It's usually auto generated and immediate. But sometimes it can take up to 24 hrs

Sometimes instantly, sometimes takes days. Check your GCkey and see if you got AOR in it. We usually get a "We have updated..." email for it.

Medicals passed in GC : 10th FEB
Eligibility completed as per tracker on/around March 4th.
Background: Completed as per tracker on 29th March.

I still haven't received any email though.. any thoughts ??.. please let me know....

Security for PNP is usually done before ITA, but IRCC can do your security if they wish to as well. You are well within the 6 months service levels so nothing you can do right now. Just wait and if they process early, good, else file for GCMS.

Some applicants are reporting security completed on tracker, but when they call IRCC they learn that security is in process. Make sure to check your email spam folder(whitelist cic.gc.ca in email) if you haven't already.
