My concern is do I need to send the proof of medical Examination through a web form?

Yes it is adviceable to send the proof of medical examination to enable you get your MP faster

I Got COPR on 05/05/2022 does anyone know how long will it take to receive PR card in a mailbox or is there anyway to track it?

No, but I was going to do that. Then I checked my IRCC account and it was written '' Latest update: Review of medical results - May 27, 2022: You passed the medical exam. '' So, I did not send the confirmation of my medical exam via Webform.

IRCC received my Police Cert. last Friday. I guess MR is the next step.

Yes there is a way to track it.

You'll need to link your application (which would be created in the background for you) to your cic.gc.ca account similar to how you did for the main PR application.

Start here:

And when you are inputting data to link your application, make sure it matches the eCoPR. So if the eCoPR has mistakes, shortened words, or different spelling, just input them as they are.

I don’t have any clue why ecopr is taking so long … submitted photos on May 20th, I called IRCC they said “I am in a queue, case officer will review and ecopr will be generated”
