Are you Inland or Outland?
Are they processed differently?
Are they processed differently?
Yes I believe the processing time for inland is a bit less and I think due to covid as well they are being prioritized.
Immi tracker shows that Outland applicants on 29 December AOR have there medicals being passed.
But Inland candidates on 8/9 Jan AOR are having there medicals passed.

Finding the VO is irrelevant. All application starts at Centralised Intake Office (CIO) then proceed to Case Processing Centre (CPC) and get processed here and are finally sent to the local visa office.
What matters is what stage your application is at. All applications go through the following stages:
R10
Medicals
Criminality
Eligibility
Security
To read more on stages, see

If you still want to fin the VO where your application is at, you can do by by sending a webform

Only the degree diploma is required, not the transcripts.
