I just read this from the first page of this thread:
Local Visa Office - This is the office where you will be asked to submit your passport after your application has been approved. Usually the consulate in your home country.
I am a CEC inland applicant. Received ITA on January 21, 2021.
i have submitted all my documents and fee on January 23, 2021. I have received the
Confirmation of Online Application Transmission
message.
However, I have not received AOR yet, is this normal?

We received AOR on 10th Jan. However, I have an internal transfer pending from my organization, so they have begun proceedings for Intracompany transfer from US to Canada. Should I ask them to proceed with the application for intra-company transfer or ask them to wait as the PR application is in progress?
If they do apply for the intra-company transfer, do I need to issue an amendment to my PR application informing the authorities about the new Intra company transfer application as well?
Looking at some experts for answers. Lawyers at my organization have said they are not authorized to help regarding PR applications.
Any changes post submission need not be informed to IRCC. If you have claimed points for your current job, you only have to inform IRCC of that you no longer work for the employer, or have move to another division of the employer.
Hi,
I had a question regarding the biometrics, do we wait for instructions from IRCC or is there an option of Upfront biometrics as well just like the medicals ?

There is no upfront biometrics. You will have to wait for the Biometrics Instructions Letter (BIL). The BIL will have a code that you will provide when you give your biometrics and will be used to tag your biometrics to your application.
My AOR date is: 8th Jan 2021
FSW - Outland
Residence: USA
I made a mistake while writing the name of the company, I previously worked with, and I realized few days after I got a AOR. My original name of the company is "ABC Contracting LLC DBA XYZ" (company also uses XYZ). But by mistake, I mentioned "ABC Consulting LLC DBA XYZ" (Consulting instead of Contracting) in the profile and the application. However, I am not claiming points for this as I worked for just three weeks and the NOC was different.
Since the name of the company on most of the documents is XYZ, I mentioned the same in LOE. I also made a mistake in LOE and mentioned that ABC Consulting LLC (Again mentioned Consulting instead of Contracting) and XYZ are the same companies. I am not sure what I should be doing? Any ideas?
My second question is the people filing for PR from US (Indian national) has the probability to get the approval faster? I just heard that the probability of processing the application is faster than that of people filing from India
