Hello, I need help. My wife is on student visa and I got ITA. We have submitted our file I am the primary applicant. My question is my can drop her study if we submitted our file? I will highly appreciate your response.

We received AOR on 10th Jan. However, I have an internal transfer pending from my organization, so they have begun proceedings for Intracompany transfer from US to Canada. Should I ask them to proceed with the application for intra-company transfer or ask them to wait as the PR application is in progress?

If they do apply for the intra-company transfer, do I need to issue an amendment to my PR application informing the authorities about the new Intra company transfer application as well?

Looking at some experts for answers. Lawyers at my organization have said they are not authorized to help regarding PR applications.

Just to inform If on a safer side anybody from uae, abudhabi can book the vfs slot for Feb. They are showing slots for full Feb which was not the case earlier.
