@legalfalcon - After submitting eAPR, when we look at the submitted documents, the LoE does not appear under additional documents. Anything to worry about?

I am facing the same problem. Should I be worried?

PCC for each country has its own procedures. Which country's PCC are you looking to obtain.

Hi, curious to know that, how come you got additional request before AOR?

I'm not sure, maybe with e-medicals it gets treated as a independent requirement from the complete application. It did put me off for a bit, then went ahead and submitted the application.

Ohh. I also did the same 23rd December and my aor is 4th Jan, that’s why checking

Hello all, I was found inadmissible when trying to enter the USA, to visit my family, due to having worked with a tourist visa during a previous stay. I said yes on my form and explained it there. It also has a charge regarding this on my USA police report and so I wrote a LOE explaining it as well. Do you believe this would be an issue for my PR application?
