At VAC you need 3 documents: BIL letter (print from your ircc account), Appointment Letter (you will receive when you book an appointment) and your original passport.
They will scan the barcode on the BIL when you visit VAC for biometrics. Your records will then be automatically linked to your IRCC account. You will even see those reflected on your IRCC account in 2 hours.
All the best, let me know if you need any other info.
Hi, want to understand regarding pcc. My AOR is 4th Jan 2021 and my india pcc is valid till 6th June 2021, us pcc valid till 20th May 2021. Should i raise another request for Pcc? I want to understand 6 months validity of pcc starts from when ? From AOR or from the time ircc picks up for processing security/background?

I am no expert in this, but i think only pcc from your current country of residence expire after 6 months. Other PCC should be fine as long as you don't renter that country after getting PCC.

As per my understanding that PCC should be valid (within 6 months) for the current country during the time of submission of the PR application (i.e., AOR)
Because in many cases by the time they start background verification, 2-4 months are already over.
Just got a Biometrics request letter today. I'm applying inland CEC. Should I pay for this or should I ignore it since I'm exempted? Not sure if I need to upload anything in the allotted slot for it?

I decided just to go ahead and pay it and gave my biometrics because I was under the impression that biometrics was stopped since service Canada was closed now they're opened for appointments and it was fairly quick to get it done
