IRCC unfortunately does not follow some definite timelines or a clear roadmap. The case officers work at their pace etc. No check and balance. Just hope its quick. You are almost there

Actually yours and my have same time line . But my transfer to Calvary vo. And my ecas shows application received from last couple of weeks . God knows .

It is in Nova Scotia. I guess as never changed from in process to received to other VO . This is what I assume.
