You don’t need to have access. Even I never had access. You just need file number and your personal details.

AUG/10_2021 - ADR2(IMM5669 from 18 years old and IMM5546) and Ghost Update
AUG/11_2021 - Submitted ADR2. Called Ircc and confirmed eligibility/criminality pass. Received PAL.
AUG/12_2021 - Ghost Update. Called ircc and confirmed that Info sharing completes and security is in progress.

I think u sent ur application direct to sydney office. In my case I submitted application to sydney office but my primary office is London

On 12 Aug, I got a call from unknown caller, surprisingly, it was an immigration officer.
He asked me why I am not replying to the portal email. I said I didn't get the email yet!!
He said he will send it again but it takes a few days to get. I am still waiting for the portal email... 2 days it is been...
