I've been waiting for portal email for about 3 weeks after DM.

my friend wait4 weeks.

Which office? I have been waiting for the portal email since my DM on June 18! My office is Ottawa.

Hi how long does it take to receive ecopr after 2nd portal nai ?

For me it took
1st Portal email from Etobicoke --> July 08 '21 (6pm EST)
2nd Portal email --> July 09 '21 (3pm EST)
eCOPR --> July 10 '21 (Sarurday !) @11 am EST.

Usually the eCOPR time is based on only one important and the only required factor - "luck"

I actually don't know which office. Ordered GCMS notes last week. But I'm in GTA if that's relevant?

Check your spam. if not, please call them and/or raise webform. If you have given company email (very bad idea), check with your admin. Email comes from

Client Portal / Portail Client (IRCC) <IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca>

If your VO is Ottawa, check back next year

Thanks! I called them last week and they suggested all has passed and just been waiting for the decision to be official. Any idea if I should call them again or what questions I should ask?

BTW I gave my personal email.

The thing is I don’t have any access to the gc key

Create one then. And link the application (it need not be in same one as your PR application). What's stopping you? You need GC Key in future for other services like Service Canada, SIN benefits etc. GC Key is common across all Govt. websites (except CRA).
