as far as I know, you need to wait until CoPR

I didn't receive email. I checked on ecas and saw it. Another person got the DM one Saturday before and an email to confirm personal information and to define the login for the portal came last Friday.

it seems they're finalizing mid-August applications, few people getting DM and CoPR over the weekend. The question becomes, why some applications get stuck? frustrating... anyway, I've also seen people getting DM 20-30 days after PAL, so let's hope for the best..
