Cic agent doesn’t give you proper information. Upfront medical never delays your application process although it decreases processing time. If you wait for medical request it will take almost year to get it .

When we submitted the upfront medical, will we still receive the medical request? Or we will just wait until we can get the medical pass?

Once you pass your medical they will not send you another medical request unless they need further medical conditions notice . Any issue in your medical or sometimes your file take longer than expected and medical expires.

I wait for the eligibility Pass, which means PAL. It is varied. But the average is about 2 months as I know. By the way, you didn't confirm your criminality pass.

It could be more than 2 months based on my case. I passed all steps except security to the current moment and I don't have any update yet.

I hope my security checking will be done within 1 month. . I've seen some cases have DM shortly after Medical Passed (within 7-14 days).
