In ECAS I see for my application it's decision made but I didn't get any update in Gckey. Did you check ECAS?

It is not a refusal, your file is just incomplete and they refund your money as well.

Refers to ECAS. After days or weeks, we will get the update in GCKey.

So I called CIC and telling them about the situation and they said that my file is sent back because it had missing original signatures what am I suppose to do please advise me. They also had given me a temporary number. Thank you please advise. What am I suppose to do. My pnp expired already

Sorry my dear, I had the same situation last month. The first thing to do is to contact your province for an extension and just reapply again. In my case I reapplied for extension first and I just got it today. I’m getting ready to apply again.

So now you have to wait again 7 months for AOR or they will reopen your previous file.

Once I applied my visa in uk and my file came back because they didn't receive fee. Do I need to tel this in PR application ,where they asked have you ever refused any visa?
