Question - Where exactly do you upload your Upfront Medical, does anyone have a link for the Web Form?
And do i need to do anything else?
My file is currently managed through lawyer representative, but they are not the fastest moving so i'd like to handle the upfront medical exam myself.
I reckon you should give that sleep to your representative because he/she already charge you.
Thanks. Here's my timeline.
