Hi everyone, I have a question. When someone gets DM. So, you get an email? If so, does that email tell what is the decision approved or refused? Or an email just tell you that decision has been made and then you wait for CoPR??
Hello Manku. To buttress your point, upfront medical appears to favour inland applicants. I read somwhere that some applicants were asked if they were already in Canada and once they said yes, they were given COPR. Delay for us outland applicants is still traceable to the Covid -19 challenge. However, let us still remain positive for a progress in our application towards the end of this year or early next year.
Actually, I am an ouland applicant. I just mentioned what I noticed was helping some inland applicants. My best guess us that you may visit cic website and browse further for more info on upfront medicals.
Hi guys! A friend of mine just got the ITA for SINP. But the problem is his express entry profile became ineligible due to expired IELTS (CLB 8). And now he reappeared in IELTS but he could score CLB 7. Can he still proceed with his application for nomination by updating/ reactivating the Express entry profile? Please advise. Thanks

Yes his score is 7.5, 8.5, 6.5 & 6.0: this is equal to CLB 7. The express entry profile is not an issue. The problem is EOI was with expired IELTS equal to CLB 8. In the last draw of SINP they picked The candidates with lowest score of 68 with CLB 8 & 10 years experience. He is among them. Now when will file online application for SINP his score will differ from EOI due to CLB level changed..this is the situation now. How to cop with it?..

I don’t think so it will be issue because that pnp part is already done . Now it’s process of federal and he should just meed federal requirements. Did he got his pnp approved? So you mean is he is submitting application for pnp and his points are becoming lower than the draw ?
I read the news that one had done biometric before, then he doesn't need to give biometric for the PR because of the coivd-19. However, what about the biometric fee that we paid up-front?

Well, I did biometrics few years back, and when I received my AOR last week, I still received BIL. After linking my account I saw my biometrics number already quoted on the account. I have appointment tentatively for biometrics soon, I will update this platform as it goes or if a refund is made,
I received my MPNP (Paper based) back in July and was in the process of submitting my paper based PR application. However considering the paper based application processing time (~20 months) I changed my mind and want to go for Express Entry in January.
I am just wondering if it is possible to convert the paper based nomination to express entry by contacting MPNP or do I have to revoke my current MPNP (Paper based) and apply again for Express entry stream MPNP? If I revoke my current nomination will that have any impact on my future application.

There’s only one nomination you can get in province. Either pnp paper or express entry.
I faced same problem. I just missed in only 6 days different. Now I’m in paper based. I got both are in same time first paper one after 6 days express entry. I tried lot .
