It's an another evidence that IRCC abandon late 2019 applicants who doesn't have MR and working on 2020 applicants? I think they don't wanna process late 2019 applicants because they changed their process during late 2019 and early 2020, and they just wann work with fresh clean 2020 applicants.

Don't trust everything you see ppl writing, The chances that his security started is 0%
I did upfront medicals 3 month ago and no one reviewed it yet.
March and April AR 2019 are getting DM\COPR this last 2 weeks so that means they are back on to work.
Processing medicals for them can take several days if they want, so i think they will keep their promise and process on time.
Maybe not 70% as they say but we should expect something soon.

maybe IRCC doesn't start security for him, but I found many 2020 applicants whos file is scanned. But IRCC didn't scan my file. so they will do nothing for me. I got my gcms note last week.

You received AOR and PAL that means all of the documents you've send are scanned.
I don't know exactly what did you see in your GCMS but without the documents that you send to Sydney,Your eligibility will never pass.

I just got a GU (Ghost Update) on my account a while ago. I ordered GCMS notes on August 14th. When we order the GCMS notes, do we get a GU because of that?

I found out through 42 pages GCMS they sent to me today. I don't post here often
