AIPP processing time is 6 months according to CIC so your friend's timeline is in order. Other PNPs about 18 months.....Anyway, it shows they're working on paper application no matter how slow

Yeah. There is no EE for AIPP, at least that we know of. We do Provincial Endorsement in Moncton,NB. And we send it by paper to Sydney,NS. There are no points with AIPP like there is with PNP, but documents are basically the same.
We will see,I did medical upfront (Jan 2020) and have Biometrics done in December 2018.

Waiting for AOR
I got nominated by Nova Scotia Province on March 15th, 2020, I've already mailed the PR paper based application.
I'm gonna open a Nova Scotia Experience Express Entry profile in October.
Should I link my PR paper based to GC key account when i receive AOR, or not?
And if i got nominated within 12 months, i'm not eligible for Nova Scotia Experience Express Entry. But one guy in the forum suggest that I'll be fine to keep 2 application going simultaneously, then once I get CoPR, withdraw the other application.
