Due to this uncertain time, don't wait till you get your AOR and you apply BOWP. Kindly apply for 18 months public policy work permit extension.

Did you ever held PGWP which expired after January 2020 ? If you don’t have AOR, you don’t qualify for BOWP . There is another option that you don’t need fresh work support letter from province as you can use which you got from pnp before. If they need you can ask again for work permit support letter with help of letter cic will give you.

When was your PGWP expired? As I told you, you can use same work permit support letter you got with your pnp nomination. Make sure your employer pays $230 compliance fees and submit job offer online through employer portal and you should attach your new job letter as well as 3-4 latest paystub with that . It will work .

I didnt get PAL but before MP on 30th april i get 1 GU and today i got second GU
