Atleast need to ask them whats exactly going with paper files, as there is no exact clear news. Or no any fix date when they restart processing with full staff. Everybody has plans for future, bxc of one thing pr all r get stuck. Its not applicants fault . I am march inland waiting for dm

He/she is right. There are many updates on PNP paper are floating around. But the main thing is that the volume of these updates are very low as they still operating with limited and necessary staff only.

Thanks and i am confused as well! Well Good thing they are working on files now... People in past have received medical requests first then PAL but i guess covid-19 changed it!

I received PAL before COVID, and no MR (I did upfront).
I asked GSMS notes, and they sent PAL the same day they finished and approved eligibility.
