I got my AOR with a request to submit biometrics. I am from India and biometrics for PR application is still on hold. VAC is processing biometrics for student/work/spousal but not for PR. Do I need to wait still biometrics open or there is any way out?

oh man, 1month for a GCMS. Is there any update on your upfront medical? I think Ottawa is just a designated place for Ontario PR landing.

No, waiting for webform response. I guess it will come this Friday or next Monday. Yes, the office can be changed anytime up to situation.

yes, doesn't show anything. Agent did asked my as to how many times I have submitted the file and I was just just once. I also asked if they returned my file due to it being incomplete but she was like no I dont see anything regarding returning.

In this present scenario, People who did biometrics in past mostly they didn’t receive biometrics request from ircc after Aor, whether they paid biometrics fees or not while submitting their PR application...

The people who never done biometrics in past & paid fees during their file submission they got biometrics request from ircc within 1-5 days after AOR..

I haven't done biometric in the past, I paid bio fee with the application and it's over 16 days since AoR no BIL yet. What can I do now?

Yeah go for it. It will significantly reduce your processing time

I did my upfront, right after submitting my biometrics. I believe it will help to process my application faster. Percentage increased from 36% to 37 % after biometric completion and then from 37 % to 38 % after Upfront medical exam. Overall, 2 % increases in 2 weeks.

My Aor is Jan 5,2010
I did biometric on Jan 11,2020 and planning to do upfront medical in first week of Feb still it shows 40%.
