Hello everyone i am going to submit my OINP paper based application.
Please give me some tips from your experiences what to do what not to do?
1. Is there any special type of envelope in which we put all our documents?
2.If everything is good still we need to add Letter of explanation pr any letter or just documentsthey asked for and forms are fine?
You don’t need anything special to put application in . Just put in normal size envelope make sure you don’t bend any documents.
Arrange all th le documents according to checklist and also make sure if you can’t provide any documents now just add a Letter of explanation with your application. Also make sure you use new version of forms and sign all application with hand written signature. Triple check all documents make sure all are completed and don’t leave any gaps in schedule A personal history form.

Ok i just downloaded new Forms and verified that i have new version.
i have filled all documents (will double check before submitting).
Everything is according to checklist- All forms they asked , Passport copy, PCC, Marriage certificate, Everything i have according to checklist. They didn’t asked only Parents details not there Passport copies so i am not attaching those.
Anyone have idea of address i have a confusion in Imm5669 personal history.
I have used an address of my friend who lived in city ABC but I physically lived in city XYZ.
So should I mention my friend’s address also or just where I lived physically and i have lease aggreement for that but my License and car loan was on my friend’s address.

Put the address where you lived . Doesn’t matter how many days you live . If you can’t fill all history just attach extra sheet and write your name , dob and uci number and sign at bottom and fill over there .
