i had sent in a web from couple days ago asking about my application. Just to see what they say since i haven’t received my AOR. So AR mar 9. Received web form saying “we can confirm your application is in process” but i have not received my AOR yet. What does this mean?

First they will send instructions then call you, if you already received Bil , they will call you, best of luck

I got mine within a week ( applied before Covid). Normally, you can get the soft copy by accessing to the link they sent you. If you can get it in the link, i suggest you could send the soft copy via web form first explaining that you have not got the hard copy and send hard copy to them whenever you got it

Unfortunately, I'm outside of the US so my only option was to send the fingerprint card via mail. Having said that I don't have an online account. My only indicator that the process started is when they deduct the processing fee on my credit card. How can I inform IRCC that I might not meet the deadline because of the 12-week processing and I might need an extension?

1. My Lawyer said : employer has to reapply LMIA... Because it is expired now. But no need to renew nomination .

2. No Signature were taken by me before submitting for PR process.

Am I on right path..... ?

They open your package and are checking your document. It may take time from open to AOR.

Well there are your signatures, dont know how your representative send documents without your sign.
