It might work but you can call CIC and let them know too. Based on it, you may go ahead.
Also, this will be counted as an ADR. I have seen most of the people got ADR along with PAL on same day or next day. I hope you would get too. Best luck.
I went to a photo lab and have digitals, however, I don't know how they want to see that they are recent. I mean stamp is on the back, but the back is not required just the photo.
My representative contacted me today, and I got Additional Document Request, need to upload Schedule A, last 3 pay-stubs, reference letter from my employer and make Right of Permanent Residence fee.
Does it mean my application moved forward a little bit?
Also I ordered GCMS notes, but this was from May 6th.

Thank you! I want to but the Singapore side said they cannot give soft-copy now that i need to wait approximately 2 weeks for the PCC to reach me They said it’s been mailed out since May 28 and it takes 2-3 weeks to reach here.

So sending PCC through mail to cic is normal. You have 3 options to submit additional documents to cic . 1- send through courier to CIO office.
2- Scan the original documents or PCC and send it through webform. Make sure it’s original documents scan not from copy.
3- Upload a scanned copy of original documents to your GCKEY.
All three methods are acceptable.
