EE Pace / COVID Pace etc. are acronyms used by IRCC to categorise the applications. They do not mean that your application is on hold and neither do they signify term from the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
If this has been used to signify a group, then it merely means that your application has been placed in a group that is the EE Pace group.
Congratulations . That’s great to know that they have also started issuing PPRs for Outland candidates who don’t have family in Canada as well. Hopefully these are good signs even if just the start for times ahead!

Yeah most of them if not all seem PNP Outland candidates. But I guess after no news of any PPRs for Outland candidates for months (except a few here and there for those from USA) any such news is awesome. Hopefully this keeps continuing in the same way and Ottawa VO begins issuing as well .

Just an update, we got our "Ready for Visa". Thank you Lord. No update in IRCC account, only in our email. My wife is the primary applicant.
