Hey, My fiancé's AOR (Express Entry) is Jan 9th 2020. We were supposed to get married but got postponed, now we are thinking we will marry next month. I am a existing PR holder. If we marry now, how should she update her profile and also will it affect/delay her processing. Any help will be appreciated. She is a outland / FSW / PNP-O residing in USA.

To endorse Spouse's name,a copy of marriage certificate would be required.

She would have to inform IRCC about change in marital status through webform. If you're already a PR holder, that wouldn't require much documentation probably.

Hi Daveishan, I saw your timeline and this looks long! Any idea why your file needed additional review?

the case analyst mentioned noc mismatch in the duties mentioned in my letter. I sent a revised set of letters based on the GCMS notes that i had received (IRCC did not get back to me about it). In January 2020, I asked for my spouse to be added to the application and am still waiting after that (we did our med exams in March).

How long does it take to renew passport in USA?
For us [Washington DC embassy] - it took us less than 15 working days [around 3 weeks].This time includes re-submission of our photographs.We initiated process in mid-September 2020 and expect to receive PP today.

Also, if spouse's name is to be endorsed in passport, do they need any supporting document for it since the checklist doesn't mention any document?

I guess it would be notarized marriage certificate.

We didn't have to call CKGS , status was readily available online. Hence I do not have much information around this.

PP renewal was done before lockdown in March. So we had no issues with getting it. I'm not aware about current situation .

My aor is jan, 20, Sydney VO, but security has not been initiated yet Got my cbsa notes: eligibility met, everything looks good, but my application was assigned to cb01126. Is this the code of the officer or group? There is a topic on this forum about the long processing time with cb01126.
Are some more complicated cases assigned to very experienced officers or special groups?(I do not think mine is so, but who knows why I am still waiting and elligibility is not passed yet)

I am in the same boat as you. AOR 30th Jan. my Eligibility is also met.
