I have received a request to provide additional document which is IMM5406E for my family, has anyone else received this request? Also, does everyone receive this since I never saw this document under checklist they had provided while filling the PR application

@call4all, is your application under Express Entry (EE) or 'Paper-based? .... when filling EE PR application, family information is part of the online forms required to be able to submit. So I wonder why their request for IMM5406E now, which is actually 'Additional Family Information Form'...That is assuming you are EE applicant.... Unless there are family information they are not clear about and want clarity...

I got this reply for a web form i submitted.
AOR: Jan 7th

1. The responsible office verified the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied,you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
2. The security background verification has not been initiated.
3. The criminal background verification has not been initiated.

Can i know does this mean the eligibility is valid or there is more process for eligibility aspect?

I've got the same response, and I wonder if you ended knowing that this indicates?

I was requested to submit the document on June 4th or so.

Hi all,

This is my first post to this thread. I am a silent reader of this informative forum. I am CEC inland applicant with 3 dependents, AOR Jan 20, 2020. MEP passed Feb 4. 2020, biometric Feb 20th.

My application completed six months on July 20th. I neither called CIC nor raised any webform or requested gcms notes. But today I called CIC to know about the status of my application. They replied me that my eligibility is passed, medical and criminality check is also passed. Only thing left is the security, which is still to be initiated. I forgot to ask about my VO.

can anybody give me some info about at what stage is my application ?

YES, infrom IRCC via webform once you have your passport. i also did the same.

It has no bearing on the processing of your application!! Once done, you can send the scan of the new passport via webform.
