FSW inland with 1 dependant, currently on closed work permit
AOR 29 Jan, paid fees right away.
Medical passed 11 february
Biometrics 7 February
And that's it, never got any ghost update...
Deadline normally 29 July.
I called IRCC yesterday and discussed with a very nice agent. He told me eligibility and criminality are on going, safety not started. He said I could have the approval on due time before 29 July or not. I don't know what to expect...
My file is in Ottawa. Don't know how that can help, do you?
He also said no need for me to go out of the country once I get the approval, I will have an appointment only and that is a good news.
Please expert letme know your feeling, I have been waiting for months to be able to work for another company.

Visa Office- New Delhi
MEP: 28th January 2020
Biometrics- 31st January 2020
GU- May 2020 (Don't remeber the date).
Currently at 92% with 14 days remaining.
No updates after that. When raised webform in the 1st week of June, they said file is located at New Delhi office and i need to reach them. I raised webform for New Delhi office and they said they are not currently processing applications and working in limited capacity focusing on other types of applications (did not mention more about that) and also they said Bangalore and Chandigarh offices are closed. They they shared a FB post link to know about updates of the working structure of the visa office here in India.
Will the file tarnsferred to local VO most of the times or this is an unusual scenario? I haven't been asked for any new documents so far. Can someone provide some insights please. Thank you.
Does criminality usually happen before security? In another thread LegalFalcon told me that criminality sometimes is assessed at the very end during final review so you may be very close to COPR. How long did your security take to clear?
When I first raised web form on 6/10 , at that time my security check is already showing valid. so I'm not sure how long does that take to get processed before that

I got last GU on 4 july, called ircc, they said everything is passed, i am a CEC inland with 18 jan aor 2020, should i call them again and ask about it ?
