hi guys,

My AOR is 18 Jan
Medical passed on 3rd Feb

progress bar = 69% with 57 days left and still i havent seen any ghost update till now!

I've been trying to call IRCC but unable to get hold of any agent.

You may not even notice the ghost update.
Personally, I did not get any ghost update and when I contacted IRCC I got the following:
Eligibility: met
Criminality: Passed
Security: has not been initiated

even if you are outside canada you can get caips gcms notes without using a third party company; if you have a friend, relative etc.. who is canadian they can get it for you whether they themselves are in canada or not does not matter for canadians, also see https://link.gcmsnotes.com/notes-protected-8a228 about keeping your notes safe
