I got an update that my eligibility is met, security valid and criminality valid! Hoping for the best!

AOR: 16th January 2020
Biometrics Collection request: 1st February 2020
MEP : 1st February 2020
Biometrics Completion: 6th February 2020

I had called IRCC in first week of May and was conveyed that -
Criminality - Passed
Eligibility - Met
Security - Not started

Number of Emails received -
2 emails on 1st February 2020, with almost the same timestamp. Subject : "We sent you a message about your application "
1 email on 2nd February 2020, Subject: "We updated your application status"

Other Ghost update, no email received -
12th March 2020 - No change in the details of the application. Just the status was "application updated".

Got Reply to the web form on 4 May-
Eligibility - Passed
Criminality - Valid
Security - Not started

I am also SINP Outland applicant from USA with processing center being Sydney

According to there reply yes its not started yet, but i think they did't responded properly.... My visa office is London

The GCMS notes can be request by you and you do not need a lawyer to do that for you.

- Ghost update: May 7 (Profile homepage said "Application/Profile Updated" but no changes, and the application went back to "Submitted". No email.
