I am CEC INLAND AOR Jan 2020 applicant with all passed. Medicals also extended on 9th March 2021 for another year. No update in my account. I called IRCC yesterday and came to know regarding medicals. I just need to know is there still any chance of negative outcome. Asking as it is taking so long for application to get processed. I don’t have any kind of negative background history or any misrepresentation. On my file everything is passed including eligibility, criminality, security and info sharing.
After all stages are passed, there are no chances of any rejection. There are many applications in the same state as yours, you just have to wait for your turn.
This is in relation to my express entry application: I received my AOR last year on Jan 23rd 2020 and submitted my biometrics around that time as well. I'd also completed my medical test, and I was asked for some additional family information on the 25th of Feb 2020. However since then, it's been nothing but absolute silence from IRCC. I check my emails several times everyday and haven't missed anything from them, and my IRCC GCKey account simply states that "It's taking us longer to process your application than usual."
My country of residence and passport is India. Have others from the Jan 2020 AOR group heard back? Is it unusual that it's taking so long?

@legalfalcon Hello, thank you so much for the response earlier. I have one more question. My brother is in Toronto since 2017 for which i have claimed sibling points. My application is in ready for approval stage right now and my brother wants to visit us here in Pakistan. My question is that whether him coming now will have some effect on my case as my eligibility is passed already. AOR 8th Jan 2020. kindly guide me if he can visit without us worrying about my case. Thank you.

yeah i hope so, when i recently spoke to an agent she said local landing office has also been assigned, vancouver local vo but final review of second officer is outstanding
