Have they transferred your file to Singapour VO? or it is still in Ottawa.

How do I know if it's being transferred? in my GCMS it's just stated the first and secondary office.
Previously the secondary office was CIO. Does that means it's being transferred and tbh at this point idk who will do the PPR.

please I need help.

so I got ready for visa mail today which I am assuming is the long awaited PPRbut my dilemma is that my medical will expire Jan 20th and it would take at least 6 weeks for my passport to be returned.

I don’t know if I can/ should retake medical now, or would my medical be extended if I don’t receive my passport back by then

Most probably they extended your medical, what does your online account say about the medical? What date was it passed?

Sometimes they extend it in the background without reflecting on the website. Some people have seen the same in their GCMS notes. Since you don't have that kind of time, you could ask IRCC through a webform.
