I received AOR on 27th Dec 2019. How long does it take to receive letter for Biometrics. Applied for AINP
 
Biometrics is now a new step for Inland applications submitted on/after 1 jan 2020. I think Service Canada Biometric website allows only 1 bio-metric appointment per profile. Hope that's not the case, taking separate appointment slots for family members will be inconvenient.

Some do. However, you don't need to upload the nomination letter. If you have nomination from the province, that's all the evidence CIC needs.
