I had received my PR in Jan 2020 and was scheduled to fly in March 2020, however, due to the COVID-19 crisis, I was not able to travel. My PR is valid till the end of June 2020 and I had some questions about raising the webform for a PR extension as follows :
Q1 - How many months will this extension be valid for?
Q2 - Once I receive the extension, do I need to apply for medicals again or will my current medicals still be valid/acknowledged?
Q3 - My COPR document and visa have an expiration date. Upon receiving an extension, will I be required to have a new COPR document and an updated visa stamped on my passport?
If there is anyone else who has gone through the similar process, kindly let me know what you have done. Thank you in advance!

1. There will be no extension. Your document i.e. PR visa and COPR will be cancelled and new ones issued, for which you will have to re-send your passport if you are not from a visa exempt country.
2. In most cases not, but when your PRV and COPR is cancelled, your application is reopened, and it is at the officer's discretion to ask for re-meds.
