For me it took around 6.5 months for biometrics instruction letter to come after my husband paid for it... I got pre arrival and request to do biometrics at the same time. Hope it will make u feel better, just monitor your ecas and gckey account for updates.

Thank u, But still a bit scared to get excited about decision made... but we will see.
November 7- application received,
January 16 - SA,
February 19- request for medical and sometime that date request to pay for biometrics,
August 12- request for biometrics and pre arrival were given,
August 14- request for pcc from my county... that’s all for now...

I just received Bio Metrics request letter and Request to pay right of permanent residency fee. I am a JAN 8 applicant. PA from Nigeria

I received my GCMS notes and under the ELIGIBILITY section it says REVIEW REQUIRED. can someone shed some light with their experience and what are the chances of getting an interview. Its been 3 months since the app was transferred to NDVO and haven't heard anything.

After months of nothing, my biometrics FINALLY switched to completed (with an incorrect date - even though it had been completed in April) and we received the Prearrival letter... so.... some movement is better than none. Hooray!

Does anybody know if CIC sends an update on when they actually mail your PR cards out?
I officially landed two weeks ago, so I know it may take a couple of more weeks, but was just curious if they send out a notification anywhere that the cards are on their way.
