They requested us for additional documents and deadline to submit those is May 11. We were going to send it today.

Hey, congratulations. How did you get COPR on the same day as PPR? I guess you still need to submit your passport after you receive the PPR. Am I right?

I was thinking the same... COPR comes with Visa stamp on the passport.

No, we didn't receive any such email after completing bio-metrics... not sure what it references to be honest.

I believe there is a different number if you are calling from outside Canada.
I tried calling on +1 613 944 4000 and after typing in my file number, an automated message said that I will get my update through GCKey.

Has anyone tried calling CIC from outside Canada and actually spoke to an agent? If yes, what's the number?

I am still waiting for my file transfer (biometrics - done, medical - done)

I dont think there is a number to call from outside canada. I have read a post here in one of forum wherein someone called from Google call on this number from outside Canada and was able to speak. Don't know how authentic this information is. Just sharing what i had read.
