Calling your clinic is probably a more efficient way to know if they have uploaded your results.

Mine took 10 days and showed updates on GCkey on the 11th day

Check the tracker. Link must be in a few people’s signatures.
But Id say stay patient knowing very well myself how difficult that can be to do

Jan 14 applicant and same story. I know 2 more people in same boat (Jan 14 and Jan 15). Seems like our files are put on a slow boat. Calling in IRCC doesn't help as reps keep repeating "we are working on October applications so keep waiting"

Trying explaining that to agents on phone. They won't hear it. Not even acknowledge that jan applications are under process. And last thing they will say "every application is different. You cannot compare yours to others"

Sent my file again as it was returned due to missing signs and reached there on Mar21st. But i got the file no when they returned it which starts from F00 something. Does it affect the processing speed?
