Just got transferred to Sydney, Australia. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing, there doesn't seem to be a lot of people posting timelines from Oz.

My file has been transferred to Sydney too as my PA lives there. Fingers crossed.

I am just curious about the "Medical Exam passed" status. Does it mean VO work on the file or just system update?

Medical results are reviewed by CIC doctors. Same apply to Background check, there are different teams working on different areas of background check. VO works on eligibility check.

Nothing so far. Good news is some Dec applicants start hearing news from CPC-Mississauga, we should be getting updates in next 2-3 weeks

A quick question- does the cic not proceed ahead till they dont get the medical exam results?? My case gt the SA on 7th March n medical request on 9th March. Medicals appointments is for Monday 18th March. I havent heard anything from them since the medical request. No biometric request as well.

So a whole week goes by after ecas has been updated to "in progress" and still no aor. I was so exited last week but am feel very deflated now
