Guys, for those of you who received the medical request, on the form MEDICAL REPORT CLIENT BIODATA AND SUMMARY, under client information did it have the sponsor/representative's address, phone number and email? I am the sponsor and representative for my husband but under client info on that form it has his name, birthday, gender, UCI# and all but the address, phone number and email are mine. Is this normal? Thank you in advance! x

You're not always guaranteed to get the second email, but your ECAS will update with the following:

If you’re talking about IMM1017, the name and UCI number should be PA’s on this form. Since the PA is the one who’s getting examined

Linking is more of a nice to have than a necessity as you can see status changes such as medical passed and background checks in progress.
Do you still have copies of your application? The birthplace is usually the easiest to use and should match exactly how you inputted it in your application. Some people have reported success with placing a space before or after the birthplace. You get 5 attempts every 24 hours so it's worth a shot.
