ECA's Status: Complete.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 6, 2019.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 9, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on July 9, 2019.
4. Medical results have been received.
5. You entered Canada at the Etobicoke IRCC office on November 9, 2020 and became a Permanent Resident.

But I did not receive any email on COPR. I am unable to login to GCkey as it shows server maintenance page.
Can anyone have idea what will be next steps?

My time line is in my signature
My BOWP file is transferred to local office.

They asked for Police Certificates from my home country and another country that I used to live for more than 6 months.

Does that mean didn't you provide your home country PCC and other countries PCC when you submitted your file ?

You can't do upfront PCC for paperbase application, technically you could but they will just ask for it again anyway.
