Will I get any update on ecas that medical is extended??

Can anyone help? I did up-front medical exam last week. Doctor handed me a document and ask me to update it through the webform. However, I cannot find anywhere in webform to attached files. Anyone know how to do it? Any response is appreciated.

There is option to attach documents just before submitting the webform.
It will ask you at the last if you wish to upload any documents.
