January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Normally they send MR after 6 months from your AOR date, but most July 2019 or later applicants did not receive in Jan 2020 or later , I thought they change the process, they are now sending to 2020 AOR ppl, no idea what they are doing now,

They r focusing only on inland aplicants, that it.

Outland applicants are mostly handled by local visa office, if lvo is not working or not completed the file then they Can't do anything. Better pray local office complete their part

Please let me understand, your friend is paper based or ee cos getting medical for Feb aor under paper based is just too fast.

I got web reply. It is clearly and loudly mention my file is currently process in nova scotia. And also said we will take all necessary effort to finalized your application as soon as posible.

Aor May 2019.security not started. I left 9 weeks gckey.90% completed.MP oct2019
pal octo2019.no ADR.so waiting wating.no up date since then.tell me what is next.

That's a good reply, at least they mentioned they are trying to finalize as soon as possible. May be its in last stage you may expect before reaching 100%
