That depends on your local visa office, and I am guessing it's New Delhi Visa Office.

Cases in India are increasing rapidly right now so hold tight and wait for your local visa office to open.

I don't understand. MR is mandatory. why don't they just sent it automatically. like PAL. IRCC process is not smart

They have a stupid system, if you ask , ppl argue each file is different, what is the point , most ppl falls into some kind of categories

but looks they send PAL almost automatically after some progress. what different between PAL and MR?
