Unfortunately, with ghost updates you don't receive an email. They are simply an indication that the immigration officer has looked at or updated your application. In your case, the only way to know if you received a ghost update is to ask your lawyer to check for you.

How to know about ghost update ?

FYI, my friend also get COPR last week. He is 2 months ahead of mine and he is Ontario office. I think all IRCC offices are working really hard now.

It's so frustrating that COVID delayed our process, but don't give up hope! IRCC is working now no matter what other people say, just be ready for COPR, be ready for future! I hope we all get COPR soon!!

Nah, it stays in DM. After I click the link, it only shows AR, AOR, Medical received, and that's it. It never changed, I don't think ECAS is up to date lol
