January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

I got GCMS note around April. It said primary office is Centralized office, and secondary office is CPC-Ottawa. Why do I have two?

Here is my assessments on page 2.
Eligibility: passed
Security: Not Started

Criminality: Passed

Misrepresentation:

I can see Eligibility is passed on GCMS, but `application status and messages` screenshot, that my lawyer can only access (maybe this is GCKey?), says
Review of eligibility - we are reviewing whether you meet the eligiblity requirements
...
Background Check - we are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

I'm curious GCMS note says eligibility is passed, but the gckey says they are reviewing. I got GCMS first. After a month, I got the screenshot. Why are they different?
Does anyone know about it?

Mr davidtd got his DM befor march18. 2020.now his application is complited.

The eligibility on Gcms is about the program that you have applied for. However, on cic portal The eligibility wouldnt get passed until all of your steps get completed ( i.e Criminality medical, Security check and so on) i hope this help.

Do you know why I have secondary office? When people in this forum mention their office, is that primary office?

I would say you may be right because , I believe, GCMS note is released by IRCC after the verification done by them. So I believe there would be some indicator to find out whether you called them or get GCMS notes.

In my GCKEY it shows under "view dependents " my wife and my son's names. my question is it normal to see my wife's name under dependents or should has another field for wife only. considering that I am the principal applicant. thanks

This is absolutely normal and there is no other field for dependents.

Seems to be like this .just now i have got reply for the quarry via web form. Security not initiate. Criminality in processes. That means they will not finish within 18 montj. Mine gckey 11 weeks left.
