Mine was originally sent to Sydney but it was transferred to Ottawa in February.

That's indeed a big news! Doesn't matter that your file is currently being processed at Ottawa, but atleast they are keen to work again on paper based applications. Now waiting for sydney to resume the service again in the next week HOPEFULLY!!!

Yeah. Hopefully this means they are resuming work on all paper based applications! Hope everyone gets an update soon!
