Waiting is killing, 3 mnths before it takes 10 mnths to get ppr now it looks it takes more than 13 mnths

Everybody is going through that.... me myself have waited 16 months and still waiting for DM

13 weeks left on my profile, DM/PPR March 12 and copies of the passport delivered on March 16, nothing since then.

IRCC call centre says, that application approved but the COPR is in the queue to be printed.

they might be prioritazing people with positions that are highly demanded right now, the government website says something about it.

NO, what you thinking is wrong, it's not like that.

No man.. Do you think that all those getting COPR are in high demanded jobs? No..It doesn't matter anymore buddy the way EE applications are being processed. They might have different strategy.

We’re prioritizing some applications, including

• Canadians trying to return to Canada
• vulnerable people
• people who perform or support essential services

why EE are more important than the rest? because they have better education, some of them excellent job offers.

I am saying this when i have a bachelor degree, with a job offer in a Highly demanded market, NOC A, more than 10 years of experience, Canadian Education (Diploma) and still I went though Paper Based.

It is simple as that, hopefully with the covid situation they might consider avoiding paper process in the future because this has been a big change for the companies and a lot of them will work remotely for a long time.
