I called IRCC again today to double-check my application status. It's been approved, just wait for the officer to print the "paper"(not sure about this, but she said it's about landing). I got DM showed in my online tool on 20th Mar 2020. Inland Alberta. I think anyone who has a timeline like me will get the same results soon.
Below is my timeline from the online tool. I am using a representative so I don't have the CIC info.
We received your application for permanent residence on March 10, 2019.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on May 5, 2019.
We started processing your application on May 5, 2019.
We sent you medical instructions on September 15, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Hi guys, I need some help here. I’ve laid off coz the situation now. And I have a close work permit which is going to expire in 1 month. I told to my employer and he said he cannot support me anymore. I’m trying really hard to find a new job, but it’s so hard right now. Can someone give me any suggestion to extend my work permit?

We are like you right now (inland British Columbia), we got DM on March 12, passports delivered March 16, nothing since then. Some phone calls and they told me the same, application approved but not printed yet.
